Folks it's time to wake up and see what's going on here. The progressive
left led by Obama is going to lie, cheat, and steal to win this election even if
it means destroying America in the process. The bitter, aggressive and
devisive way in which Obama and all his surrogates including the media hacks at MSNBC are attacking Romney and American exceptionalisim is like no other point in our history.
First the lies, the most recent is the one saying Romney in essence killed a
woman. The outright disgusting nature and sleazy way this ad rolled out on the heals of the "drity" Harry Reid lie on the Senate floor are clear examples of how the left will avoid the issues facing Americans at all costs. They are
lying to distract all of us from a failed miserable four years of record debt,
increasing prices on gas and food, and the complete collapse of America on the world stage as seen in the mess in Syria and Egypt. Americans are out of work, paying more for everything and have a $40,000 per person debt balance thanks to Obama.
The cheating has stared also with the most recent attack on military voting
in Ohio and the attacks on FL, AZ and TX voter ID and immagration laws. In
short the left knows they have been cheating for years as they follow the
"Chicago way" when it comes to elections. Now Obama through Erica Holder (yes I said Erica), are going to piss off veterans and military in an attempt to get out the vote for liberals in Ohio even longer then they already get throuigh early voting. The very special early voting up to the day before election for military is a sacred privledge and honored thing that the progressives are now trying to seize in the wake of the WI recall to get out more votes and it's cheating plain and simple.
The stealing has been going on since day one starting with stealing our
greatness as a nation and all the way up to now with stealing our money to pay off companies and donors like Solyndra and others. Obama has used the US Treasury as his own personal piggy bank picking and choosing who to give
hundreds of millions of dollars to as a reward for dontions to the Obama
America we must wake up and realize that the progressive left sees this as
thier opportunity to destroy America as a country of hard work and
exceptionalisim while tearing apart the institutions and values that made us
great. They want a complete and total surrender of capitalisim, the puritain
work ethic, and individual responsibility in favor of a "collective" state that
is told by liberal masters how to think, speak, work, and live. A country that
gives up the ruggid individualisim that comes with being free for a large nanny state that picks the industries we work in (green energy movement comes to mind) the things our kids learn and speak about in school (wipe out historical references to our founding days), and in the end even the media spoon feeding us the news of the day twisted by the progressive agenda.
Wake up and vote this election as our future as a free and open country is at
stake! If they can lie, cheat, and steal like they are now how bad will it be
if the progressives win in Nov?

Listen folks, there is a full scale distraction and deflection campaign going on from the Obama camp and all those hacks like Andrea Mitchell, Ed ” The Red” Schultz, and the liberal “pundits” all over TV land right now. It’s a game called watch the clown, every time the dismal economy comes up, or jobs, or the inflation no one in Obamaland talks about but we all deal with they say “look at the clown” and get everyone distracted. The Clown of course is this silly issue of when did Romney leave Bain or when will he release 10, 20, or 30 years of tax returns.
Note: Romney left Bain and saved the US Olympics!
So I say play along and ask, when was the last time Obama “really”
. he says it was years and years ago but how do we
know? That’s the question liberals pose….”How do we know” it’s so secretive
they say. Well what about Obama and cocaine for example…why since that is
something we really don’t know and……AND it’s a felony (another recent game of cat and mouse) why should we not ask the same type questions and demand the liberal left also do the same? Or what did Obama do with Bill Ayers in Chicago?
Simple; we can win on Obama as a massive failure if we just stay on message and ask every stupid lefty hack out there to answer this question? Is America better off today then 4 years ago? Are small business owners really the enemy as Obama says and insinuates? Why is 80% higher gas, meat, milk, and ice cream OK with you?
So the next time some facebook troll or lefty hack says “when did Romney
really leave Bain”? you say…well when did Obama really stop using cocaine a
felony, and then as their eyes rolls in the back of their head and they start to
shake you pose the real questions…..Is unemployment lower, are Americans better off, is gas 80% higher, are small business owners the enemy? Go after them with REAL questions and when they spin and go back to ya but, ya but why won’t Romney release umpteen years of taxes you repeat “when was the last time Obama committed the felony of snorting cocaine” and start right back in on his failures on the economy.
Don’t play the “look at the clown” game with lefties, make them answer your
questions and look at the real clown in the race!

Americas #1 ranked ”conservative blogs” on google
Being conservative and being Tea Party take courage and confiction of your ideas and values and a willingness to stand strong under pressure. Many of you know I'm a proud conservative and in 2008 I founded The Armed Forces Tea Party. I even ran for Congress in 2010 based on principle in a district that was considered for years a locked up liberal district. I dropped, endorsed a fellow TP candidate and he won in a district that was never supposed to go conservative (TX-23).
Our blog here at www.victorluebker.com
is now at the top of Google search terms for "conservative blogs" (a huge coup) and we have 10,000 plus readers and veiws daily across the I-net, why???? I'm true to my conservative values and here's what that means.
1. That you have the guts to take a stand and back candidates that can make America better. This does not mean looking for the perfect TP candidate as some have tried and still try to do. It means working with, talking too and then supporting those candidates that can make America better. I did this with Mitt by endorsing him under my name and the name of my Tea Party early on and caught some heat. Well, it was smart and the right thing to do and more and more we see that Mitt is a great candidate and will be the change we need in the White House over Obama. #1 GUTS!
2. Next, you have to get in the game, be in the arena as they say. I work hard daily to keep readers and followers informed and also share my opinion on core issues and take the hits from those that disagree. You can do this also even if it's small starting out. Take a stand and get in the game. Re-post blogs and stories that count, share thoughts on social media and encourage smart discussion. It's taken me years to build the now great following I have but that also means a huge impact for the conservative and liberty minded principles I hold dear. #2 Get in the game!
3. Avoid the flakes, folks the Tea Party has also led to a rise in the kooky folks on the far right that just want anarchy and see the world and our country through some backwards ass militia lens. My advice here as a conservative is to call them out so people know they are NOT one of us and also keep sharing smart and constructive information with true conservatives. We are not the militia wingnuts or conspiracy clowns the left wants to paint us as and we are not the anarchist that some on the far right trying to highjack our movement and make us a cult are. We are intelligent, articulate, rational people with a desire to have open discussions even with liberals that also suscribe to being civil in politics if it makes America better. #3 avoid the flakes.
Bonus: Last is the core, study who we are as conservatives. I spend hours learning about what it means and those that shaped our principles over time. Visit these two sources often and study what "conservative" means. http://www.heritage.org/http://www.patrickhenrycenter.com/
Friends, for months I've been behind Mitt and was one of the first major Tea Party leaders to endores him. The reason was obvious to me, he can beat Obama.
However we have a TP divided and also a new narrative from the far left starting to emerge as the race for the White House begins. Fret not, I have a road map for our success.
We have to start by recognizing the fact that like it or not the left is now painting the TP as the very far right wing of the larger GOP. I for one have been saying this was coming and that it's a false narrative but one created by the "noise" crowd in the TP so we own some of the blame. Like it or not some people from the Ron Paul crowd are"I'll never budge on Mitt" types have tied their horse to the larger TP wagon for attention. We need to start the process of showing our broad and diverse base to the independent voters to win this and change the narrative.
It starts with talking up the moderates and even blue collar democrats that have found us and our message and stop making all issues black or white, the hardcore conservative or not type discussions have to stop. This means getting back to the basics of spending, taxes, and individual liberty and not in the weeds with social issues and personal attacks on Obama the person. Fact is Presidents come and go and we need to see ourselves as a long term movement not a one election boxing match.
Next, we need to call out those that portend to be TP when they go radical or start talking in narrow terms or with absolutes. This is vital as I'm convinced the more moderate voices in the TP are doing a couple things. First, they are staying quite and avoiding the social media fire fights because trolls with laptops flame them non-stop. Second, they are paying attention to this race more then the right wingers and really making a sound and valid assesment that Mitt is the guy. The numbers in the primary states are starting to show this so we better stop pissing them off.Last, we need to cast the far left as the real issue and ones that have shifted more and not allow them the paint us with their brush. No matter how you slice this the MSN is in the tank for Obama and a progressive agenda. The Soledad O'Briens and MSNBC types are going to do all they can to find, and then report the worst possible narratives on the TP. They will look for the idiots in our ranks that say and do stupid things and then try and color all of us the same. It's vital that you talk about them (progressives) and "Pivot" whenever this happens.
Don't let the guy with a gun at an event, or the one that has a rebel flag T-shirt on, or the one that attacks Obama on a personal level become the story. Educate people that these are marginal players and fringe elements just looking for a movement to get attention and not the real Tea Party. Then Pivot and talk about the real issues. An America looking at $5 gas, the takeover of health care, the class and gender warfare and how the radical left and groups like OWS and union thugs are acting...... In short, grab the darn brush from the radical liberal and paint them with it!

Folks I'm worried about a leadership and vision gap in the Tea Party. We have drifted and lost our way as a movement and are spending too much time attacking candidates like Mitt as the new core mission of the TP vs. working to advance our core principles on policy. This puts us at great risk of losing all we gained in 2010 if the core groups don't come around and see that Obama is the one we need to defeat not fight over Newt, Mitt or Rick as the best choice.
We have some Tea Parties openly attacking Mitt, others bickering over Rick vs. Newt, while the process of the nomination is vaild and important we are at a critical juncture here and need to look at what got us here in the first place. Policy and local elections are the bread and butter of the TP and it's time we get back to that with our media message and grassroots organizational efforts.
We have to look at the 2018 election as the one that has our "perfect" candidate because we grew candidates through the local election process up to a national level leader. 2012 is not our fight at the executive level other then to beat Obama. The gains in the house and taking the Senate along with securing gains at the state level should be our focus. We need to back the lead horse in the presidential race and find ways to work and team with him (Mitt) to get some core planks in the GOP platform going forward.
Tea party leaders are starting to compete for dollars and losing sight of the issues that got us here. Fiscal issues, health care and personal accountability. The joint media message we should be pushing is one of issues and policy with a focus on all the Obama has done wrong not what candidate for President is the "most" tea party. We have taken a gun out and aimed it at our foot, I hope we don't pull the trigger but we are close. Lets call for an end to the GOP race by 6 June primary and get to the business of attacking Obama on every front from gas, to spending, to debt, to health care to trade, to drilling to entitlements...we have plenty to best him in a landslide in 2012 if we get back to basics and cut the infighting and bickering!
I think we have reached the point that the Tea Party endorse Mitt Romney and start the process of teaming to build a better America.
Up to now the TP has had various factions tearing into Mitt and it needs to stop as we have serious work to do over the next seven months. I think the TP has to recognize that we are not the candidate and that we are one of many gropus in the country that have some conservative leanings and can work together to get the White House back in 2012.
Up to now the various TP leaders have tried to make us more relevant as a group at the expense of Mitt. In short they built an internal demon that is clearly drawing the support of enough of the GOP base that he will get the nomination and to be blunt we have a large moderate wing of the GOP that does not drink all things TEA. We have to respect and embrace this crowd if we are to grow and like any business, diveristy, vision, and flexibility are key to long term success. To date the TP has been very rigid and that does not bode well for us if the thinkers and planners don't get hold of the movement and start influencing our future....All this starts with endorsing Mitt.
So, I'm endorsing Mitt and calling on the TP to do the same and start the process of healing and idea sharing that has to happen with camp Mitt for us to win in 2012. It's clear Mitt has enough of our ideas to be a great candidate and further it's clear he is a huge upgrade to the uber progressive left that is now running our country.
The goal for us in the TP has to be to work with Mitt and "team" to have him openly embrace a couple core principles of ours and us openly embrace him as the GOP nominee. At the end of the day we need 50.1% of the country in our combined camp to win and the TP does not make up 50.1% of the electorate. Endorsing Mitt is a game changer as the media and the left would freak out knowing that we in the TP get the big picture and can adapt and work with candidates vs. this monolithic mindset that has gripped our movement and makes us think we are the only horse in the race or only vote that counts in conservative America.
On behalf of my organization the Armed Forces Tea Party I'm backing Mitt and looking forward to a better America. Four more years of an unchecked obama may set us back as a country 25 years. Time to see the big picture here and at AFTP we do.
