Frist as always had a great week in Vegas, love that town and it loves me back ;).  Played a couple WSOP events at Caesars Place (CP) and cashed for a net $950.  Here are some of the weekend high and low lites:

CP was packed and it was nice to see given the drop they have had in poker action.  I played cash in between my two events and will share more below.  At on point every table in the place was running!  They brought in a ton of new dealers from around the area to help out.  For the most part all did well with a few folks having issues at cash tables with the comp clock and auto shuffle.

Cash action highlite; I played 1/3 while waiting for a 2/5 table and did well cashing for $305 in two hours at a real fun table.  Got $250 in one hand going against to ladies one on each side.  I raised pre-flop to $15 then I flopped Broadway, player to my right leads with out for $20 I just smooth it and lady to my left follows so now I'm feeling good as it's a rainbow 10, J, Q no flush.  Turn in a 7c so again great for me.  Right leads for $20 so now I'm thinking QJ, I raise to $40 to bump the pot, left calls so thinking she may be on an A,10.......Right Pops all-in for $140 more.....I slow it down to hope I can get a three-way all-in then call the AI bet.  Left takes long time and folds and shows me A,10 as I thought.  Right has a Q,9 suited and I set!

Highlite of the trip was a great Steak and Lobster dinner with lobster bisque at The Range ( overlooking the strip!  Great place for steak and you get for less then places like Gallagers or Ruth Chris with same quaility.

Low lite of the trip took a day off from poker and bounced around playing video poker and some cash games and in the process had about 20 Orange Vodka Tonics for a legit hangover the next morning and a lighter wallet.

Back in Florida and getting ready for the WPT event this weekend in Tampa.....Play hard gang!

Well here in Vegas for the WSOP circuit event at Caesars and here is the digest:
Arrived 2:00pm Wed grabbed a nap and dinner over at the Munch bar inside Caesars.....Great burgers by the way!  Then played a tune-up event that Caesars holds each night at 7:00pm....80 entered a small $100 event with 20 minute levels.  I played good but went card dry last 90 minutes and the antes and blinds forced me to get loose with hand selection.  I was forced at 9BB to push against the vilian with 10,Js and lost to 99.  Left in 21st place no money.

Thursday up early as my body clock is on Florida time so donked off $40 playing video poker for free coffee and Bailys.....free drinks kill you in the town!

Went and played 2/5 cash for about 4 hours...total grind with $100 swings, cashed out up $35 after 4 hours....you do the math!  Went and played my first WSOP circuit event a double deep stack starter with 30k chips and 15/20 levels.  Did pretty good, 120 players I went to final table and cashed 4th for $1100 on a $110 buy-in.  Table was balanced on chips so four handed I got it in with A3 of spades vs. A7os; ace on turn and I'm out!

Time to get some coffee and get going on todays event...a three day mega ring event with and estimated 800 players...lets hope the cards fall my way.

I just graduated the WPT tourney boot camp.  A great two day course that really takes your game to new levels.  I did the WSOP camp three years ago and a private session with 2005 Main event champ Greg Raymer and it shows in my game.  Cashed back to back this weekend in events at the Isle of Capri millions tourney.

Looing forward to the WSOP events starting this week in Vegas!
